This unique combination presents games which capture the students attention for hours while they are seriously immerse in the learning and discovery of mathematical concepts, edging towards the next level of mathematical understanding.
Players are required to solve mathematical tasks to progress to the next level, in the process, voluntarily using and synthesizing what they have learned to solve various problems in geometry, arithmetic, mental calculation, measurement, diagrams, logic, variables, trigonometry, classical games and more. Depending on your students’ age (or your age), there is something for everyone!

The view from the Flying Carpet is so spectacular that young students will never look at math the same way again! Travel to the Nile River, Cairo, The Oasis, The Pyramids, and The Sphinx. A clever little fellow called Filuren will help students as they encounter all sorts of fun and rewarding mathematics activities.
Some of the activity themes include: mental arithmetic, time and date, logical challenges, geometry and measuring, price calculation, and math games. |
Children will be immersed in music and Egyptian culture as they move through graphically stunning scenes and complete each activity. Teachers will be glad to find a "Flying Manager" where they can set student codes and monitor the progress of each student. Teachers may also customize the level of difficulty, sound and printing settings with the “Flying Manager”. |

| Chefren’s Pyramid (Ages 10 to 15) |
On your vacation in Egypt, you get lost in Chefren's Pyramid. The only way to get out is to climb to the exit at the top of the pyramid; to do so you must solve problems in every room and path that you pass.
In the paths and rooms of the pyramid, you will encounter: mental calculations in all four rules of arithmetic's, approximations, every day math, diagrams, tricky stuff, math games, culture, and lots more. The program contains math for secondary school, but can be played by advanced children in primary school, as well as older people who find mathematics difficult. |
Students can save their position in the program and return to it the next time when they are ready. But teachers may find their students are more than eager to be ready for their next return when their mathematics learning adventure is guided by Chefren’s Pyramid! |

From the library in Skara, you landed on the bottom floor of Cheops' Pyramid. This ancient Egyptian pyramid holds you captive with hours of amazing mathematical adventures. You begin on the bottom floor of the pyramid, and must solve mathematical tasks, games, and tricks to move from one animated room to the next. Pieces of rope are your reward for completing each challenge, and when you have enough you can climb to the next level. Stairs, elevators, and a helicopter will help you reach the apex of the pyramid as you progress through the graphically astounding rooms and hallways. |
Some areas covered include: Everyday math and approximation, Fractions and percents, Equations and functions, Diagrams, Probability, Trigonometry, Geometry and Number systems. |
Each task is unique, making this program totally absorbing. When you get stuck you can refer to the encyclopedia for help, or, you can save your location and return to it the next time when you are ready for more mathematical challenges from Cheops! |
