| PRICING AND PAYMENT |
Prices for all domestic orders and international orders are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for Alega’s pricing where its Singapore pricing is quoted in SGD. Reduced shipping fee is available for large order. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Prepayment is required for all
orders. Payment for domestic order can be made by
local order (LO), bank draft, money order or postal
order (wang pos). For international order payments
are to be made by bank draft or telegraphic transfer.

| PRODUCT DELIVERY AND SHIPPING |

All deliveries within
Malaysia are free
of charge. |
|
All international deliveries are charged with shipment fee of between 3%-10% of total order amount with a minimum of RM 60.00. |

All products will be delivered
using Pos Malaysia’s Registered Mail services.
Expedited delivery of your order can be arranged.

Once we have received your complete
order and payment, please allow up to 12 days
for domestic delivery and 12-15 days for international
delivery. |

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied
with the condition of the products delivered, just
return the whole package within 30 days in saleable
condition and we will replace them for free, no question
